Terms and conditions

1. Subject matter

These terms govern the holiday rental of Casa Lugar de Fidalgo, located on the O Saviñao to Chantada road, Ribeira Sacra, Galicia, Spain, owned by Herederos de Expósito Carballada CB. Galicia Tourism Registration Number: VUT-LU-003995. Making a booking implies full acceptance of these conditions.

2. Booking and payment

The booking is formalised with full payment of the stay amount by credit/debit card through Stripe. Payment is authorised at the time of booking and captured once the owner confirms availability. If not confirmed, the authorisation is cancelled at no charge.

3. Cancellation policy

Check-in on Friday or Saturday: free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. Check-in on other days: free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival. Outside these periods, no refund will be made.

4. Bedrooms and occupancy discount

The house has three bedrooms: a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (two single beds) and a double suite with private bathroom. The number of available bedrooms is adjusted to match the number of guests booked:

• 2 guests — the double suite with private bathroom only
• 3–4 guests — the double suite and the double bedroom
• 5–6 guests — all three bedrooms

The per-person discount shown in the booking price is linked to this bedroom policy. Unused bedrooms remain closed during the stay.

5. House rules

• Check-in from 16:00
• Check-out before 12:00
• Maximum capacity: 6 people
• No smoking indoors
• No parties or events
• Pets: consult availability in advance

6. Liability

The guest undertakes to use the property with care and to notify the owner of any damage. The owner is not responsible for guests' personal belongings or accidents arising from non-compliance with house rules.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Lugo.
